Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup white wine
1 cup heavy creamy
1/3 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup jarred sundried tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Coat the chicken breasts with the smoked paprika, oregano, basil, and garlic seasoning.
2. In a pan melt butter over medium low heat. Add the chicken on fry until browning, about 3-4 minutes each side. Pour in the wine and simmer until reduced to about half. Then pour in the cream, chicken stock, and sundried tomatoes. Simmer until reduced, about 10 minutes.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. OPTIONAL: garnish with green onion, or any fresh herbs. ENJOY!
