Peach and Burrata Salad with Prosciutto



Ingredients:

FOR THE SALAD:

4 handfuls arugula

6-8 pieces of thinly sliced prosciutto

1-2 peaches cut into wedges

1 burrata cheese ball

hand full pecans

FOR THE DRESSING:

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp cider vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. On a platter, arrange the salad ingredients as desired.

  2. In a small bowl whisk all the dressing ingredients together. Once ready to enjoy, toss salad and dressing together.
