Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup any hot sauce (I used piri piri)
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Instructions:
1. In a pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, stir to coat in oil then leave undisturbed until starting to char. Then continue sauté until soft. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds more. Remove from pan and set aside in a bowl.
2. In the same pan melt the butter over low heat until browned. Then stir in the hot sauce, honey, and vinegar. Add the chicken, onion and garlic and stir together
